HydraFast - Privacy Policy

HydraFast ("the App") is a wellness and fasting tracker designed to help you monitor your hydration, fasting rhythms, and daily habits. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

HydraFast is designed with privacy first.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, location, or contacts.

The App collects only the data needed to provide its core functionality:

1.1. Wellness Data (Stored Locally Only)

The App stores the following data on your device only:

• Fasting start/end times
• Eating window durations
• Hydration amounts and timestamps
• Rest Days
• Streaks, history, and progress
• Your selected fasting rhythm and goals
• App preferences (theme, units, etc.)

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

HydraFast does not access or integrate with HealthKit, Clinical Records, or any medical databases.

1.2. Purchase Information (Managed by Apple & RevenueCat)

If you purchase HydraFast Pro, Apple and our purchase provider RevenueCat process:

• Transaction history
• Product identifiers
• Entitlement status (Pro / Free)
• A pseudonymous user identifier generated by RevenueCat

We do not receive your name, email, Apple ID, or any billing information.

HydraFast uses this data only to unlock Pro features on your device.

1.3. No Analytics, No Tracking, No Ads

HydraFast does not:

• Use analytics SDKs
• Track user behavior
• Use advertising networks
• Collect advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• Share data with data brokers
• Request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permissions

We do not profile users or personalize content based on collected data.

2. How Your Data Is Used

2.1. App Functionality

All collected data is used solely to:

• Enable fasting / hydration tracking
• Display your progress
• Maintain your history
• Unlock Pro features
• Support local reminders and notifications
• Improve stability and prevent errors

2.2. RevenueCat Entitlements

RevenueCat uses a pseudonymous identifier to determine whether you have an active purchase. This is required to keep your Pro access consistent across devices.

RevenueCat does not receive your fasting or hydration data.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1. On-Device Storage

Your wellness data is stored locally on your iPhone. HydraFast does not transmit or store your health data on our servers.

3.2. No Cloud Sync

HydraFast does not use cloud servers or maintain user accounts.

If you delete the App, your data is permanently removed from your device.

3.3. Secure Purchases

All purchases are securely handled by:

• Apple's App Store
• RevenueCat (entitlement management)

The App never sees your payment details.

4. Data Sharing

HydraFast does not share your data with:

• Advertisers
• Data brokers
• Analytics providers
• Third-party marketing platforms
• Social networks
• Any external company except RevenueCat (pseudonymous purchase verification only)

We do not sell your personal or health data.

5. Children's Privacy

HydraFast is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If you believe a child has used the App, you can request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR/CCPA such as:

• Access to your data
• Deletion of your data
• Correction of stored data
• Restriction of processing
• Withdrawal of consent
• Portability (export)
• Opting out of data collection (local only)

Since HydraFast stores all wellness data locally, you may delete it at any time by:

• Clearing data inside the App (if feature available)
• Uninstalling the App (full deletion)

7. Third-Party Service Providers

RevenueCat

Used only for:

• Validating in-app purchases
• Managing subscription status

RevenueCat receives:

• Anonymous user identifier
• Purchase events processed by Apple

RevenueCat does not receive any fasting, hydration, or health data.

8. Changes to This Policy
